Ingredients:
- 2 Beets
- 3 medium Carrots
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 1 cup Bread fragment
- 2 sliced Onions
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp cooked Peanuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup White Flour
Let’s prepare/make Vegetable Chop:
- Boil all the vegetables then take out from the burner and let them cool,
- Smash the vegetables and include salt.
- Heat oil in a big vessel and include the sliced onions; fry the onions till gets it brown. Include cumin powder, chilli powder, ginger paste and saute.
- Now include them with the smashed vegetables and fry for two or three minutes.
- Turn off the fire and spread fried peanuts to the above. Make balls out of this mixture.
- Now make a batter with mix the white flour and some water.
- Now wet each of the made balls in the batter. After that coat each ball with the bread small pieces and place onto a dish.
- Replicate the procedure for all the balls and then put them in the refrigerator for two hour or longer.
- Heat up the oil in a pan and deep fry each ball till gets it golden brown.
- Now Vegetable Chop is ready to serve.
