Ingredients:
- 1 kg Rasogullas
- 4 cups Milk
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- A few Saffron strands
Let’s prepare/make Quick Ras Malai:
- Boil milk, stirring continuously in a pan.
- Add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder.
- Take out from heat and let it cool.
- Now, squeeze rasogullas from the can smoothly.
- Put them in the milk mixture and check sweetness of the milk.
- Garnish with thinly chopped nuts and raisins as you wish.
- Serve Quick Ras Malai to the chilled.
