Ingredients:
- 500 gm Mutton
- 10 crushed Garlic Cloves
- 1 cup Mustard Oil
- 1 inch grated piece of Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Curd
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Salt to taste
Let’s prepare/make Dry Mutton:
- Hammer the curd.
- Preserve mutton pieces in salt, curd and 1 tbsp of oil with turmeric for about 2 hours.
- Heat up oil in a kadhai.
- Include bay leaves, garlic and ginger.
- Fry for a minute.
- Add preserved mutton pieces.
- Make the fire low and cook for nearly half an hour till the mutton pieces become tender.
- Mix garam masala with it and stir as it should be.
- When the mutton turns tender and almost dry, remove it from the flame.
- Dry Mutton is ready.
