Ingredients:
- 300 gm Corn Kernels
- 6-7 tbsp Gram Flour (besan)
- 3 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp Fresh chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Let’s prepare/make Corn Pakoras:
- Roughly grind the corn kernels in a mixer and transfer it to a big bowl.
- Now add green chilli paste, gram flour, chaat masala, ginger paste, coriander powder, coriander leaves and little water to the corn kernels and all the item mix well.
- Heat oil and drop spoonful of corn mixture and fry till gets it golden brown.
- Take out from oil and serve.
