Recipe Type : Non Veg.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium Chicken
- 1 tbsp Wheat flour
- 4 Onions
- 8 pcs Red chili
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 3 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Ginger paste
- 4 tbsp White oil
- 1/2 Cup keora water
- 8 Peppercorns
- 200 gm Sour curd
- 2 Bay leaves
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
Let’s prepare/make Chicken Rezala:
- Cut and wash chicken into pieces.
- Add garam masala, peppercorns and bay leaf to the heated oil.
- Fry chicken pieces with the spices.
- When the water gets dry in chicken, mix garlic, ginger and onion to it and cook well.
- Merge a mixture of curd, flour and salt it.
- Now mix keora water to it.
- Vapour them with 3 cups of water in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes.
- Warm up ghee and red chilli with serving spoon and mix it with the chicken.
- Ready to serve.
