Ingredients:
- 12-15 Pieces of prawns
- 10-12 Pieces green chilli (chopped)
- 6 tbsp Paste of white mustard and chilli
- 1/2 Coconut (paste)
- 125 gm Mustard oil
- 3 tsp Turmeric powder
- Sugar and salt to taste
Let’s prepare/make Bhapa Chingri:
- Wash prawns pieces appropriately and then merge it in salt water for about 7 minutes.
- Mix coconut paste, oil, mustard paste, turmeric, sugar and salt.
- Release the prawns from the water and dry them appropriately.
- Preserve them in the coconut mixture.
- Put the prawns individually on a banana leaf.
- Spread the chopped chilli on the prawns and cover it with another leaf.
- Now put the whole item in a pressure cooker and cook for about twelve minutes.
- Prawns are ready to serve.
