Ingredients:
- 400 g Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Milk
- 10 Almonds (peeled and blanched)
- 15 Pistachios (peeled and blanched)
- 15 Raisins
- 1 cup Thick Yogurt (whisked)
Let’s prepare/make Bhapa Doi:
- Take adequate water in a pressure cooker and heat it.
- In a thin steel pan, take the condensed milk, milk and yogurt to it and mix well.
- Add raisins, almonds and pistachios to the milk and mix well.
- Cover the pan with cling wrap and seal it all around leaving a few slashes on top.
- Put the pan in the cooker and vapour cook it with the cover on for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Leave it from the cooker and let it cool down.
- Better to refrigerate it till set and then cut into pieces and dish up.
