Recipe Type: Veg.
Ingredients:
- 200 gm Cottage Cheese
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 litre Milk
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tsp chopped Pistachios
- 1 tsp chopped Almonds
Let’s prepare/make Ras Malai:
- Mix milk, half cup sugar and cardamom powder.
- Heat it till gets reduced to its half.
- Make balls from squash and cottage cheese them in middle.
- Make sugar syrup and boil syrup over medium heat.
- Put paneer balls into the syrup and heat it for few minutes.
- Milk and sugar mixer put into paneer ball and let it be cooling.
- Mix the Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
- Ras Malai is ready.
