Ras Malai Recipe: Bengali Recipes

Ras Malai is a testy and popular Bengali sweet. Let’s learn how to prepare/make Ras Malai Recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 200 gm Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 litre Milk
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp chopped Pistachios
  • 1 tsp chopped Almonds

Let’s prepare/make Ras Malai:
  • Mix milk, half cup sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Heat it till gets reduced to its half.
  • Make balls from squash and cottage cheese them in middle.
  • Make sugar syrup and boil syrup over medium heat.
  • Put paneer balls into the syrup and heat it for few minutes.
  • Milk and sugar mixer put into paneer ball and let it be cooling.
  • Mix the Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
  • Ras Malai is ready.
