Ingredients:
- 300 gm Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 100 gm oil
- Salt to taste
Let’s prepare/make Nimki:
- Heat the cumin in low oven for a while and then crush it.
- Mix salt and cumin with the flour and squeeze the flour mixture with 3-4 tsp oil and water to dough.
- Roll the dough flat and fold it and roll and flat it again.
- Repeat this process two more time.
- Now cut the dough into the diamond shape.
- Make them about one inch in size.
- Heat the oil into medium flame.
- Fry the nimki in the hot oil till it gets brow.
- Flour Cracker is ready to serve.
