Recipe Type : veg.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups soaked white Peas
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp crushed Garlic
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seed powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
Let’s prepare/make Ghugni:
- Boil the soaked white peas till it turns soft.
- Heat up the oil.
- Fry ginger, garlic and onion.
- Fry onion till it gets brown.
- Include tomatoes and blend it appropriately.
- Now mix up this with cooked peas.
- Include coriander powder and cumin seed powder and let it boil.
- Then include garam masala.
- Decorate with chopped onion and coriander.
